Friendship

I woke up this morning with so much excitement built up inside me. Today is a day of new beginnings. From what i've experienced, i believe that true friendship can never be completely destroyed. Yes, you could distance. Yes, it could be lost for a long time. And yes, you could get in a blowup fight and not talk for a year. But in the end, everything works out. If you have had a very strong connection with that person then i feel that there will be always a part of your heart for them. No matter what. I think many times people try to hide that part of their. They try to pretend like they aren't hurting at all. I believe its impossible. Friendship is such an important thing, something to never take for granted. I think after 3 years now i've finally realized the importance of it. Everyone needs someone to lean on.

So here's my encouragement for today. Be a friend. Show someone some extra love today. :)

Goodbye Blogger?

Hello! Okay so i just recently got a really nice journal in which i have been sharing all my thoughts. For some reason i haven't felt like blogging because i feel like no one reads it so its pointless. I loved having this blog but i feel like if this isn't bringing any benefit to someone else then why have it online?

So, if anyone actually reads my blog then please comment me and tell me! I might not delete it.
If not, then, well, bye bye blogger.

The past couple of weeks since being home have been very inspiring. I'm becoming more and more aware everyday of how much i have to be thankful for. Photography and music are sitting in my head waiting for a good time to sneak up on me. I can't remember how long it's been since i've picked up a guitar and that makes me sad. But i know its a part of me and it will come back. Photography is taking up most of my artistic attention right now.

Last weekend i went to Santa Monica to visit our relatives Dave and Cheryl. It was such an amazing, relaxing weekend full of inspiration. Dave took me to Venice beach and we just sat on the grass watching all the crazy people walking around. We took pictures of anything and everything that caught our eye. We ate some REALLY healthy food that pretty much tasted like grass and we got henna tattoos to scare my mom a little bit ;). Dave puts off such a good vibe which everyone around him is aware of.

This weekend i'm going to spend my time with the people i love most. Yesterday i went to the spectrum with C. We had so much fun walking around, being silly, and lots of laughing. One time, we walked past these "green peace" people and one of them said to us "there's nothing more romantic then saving a whale." We couldn't stop laughing. He's been going through a hard time recently so i am so glad that i can make him laugh in some of his hardest times. Today i am going to breakfast with my mom and shopping with Jenn. I haven't seen Jenn in way too long and i am so excited to catch her up on my crazy life! Tomorrow is going to be amazing. Simple as that. All my family is coming in town to celebrate "Christmas". Since most of us were gone over the holidays, were having our holiday tomorrow! I just love these family get togethers. My cousins are the cutest things ever and my aunts and uncles are so uplifting.

So there's my life at this moment. :)
